Project Synopsis: Cobalt, Ontario Canada


Potential Deposit Models: volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) and precious metal vein style deposits, although recent exploration work provided evidence of kimberlite pipes/dykes and lamprophyres that host diamonds.

Location: The Property consists of 18 patented, 9 leased and 98 unpatented mineral claims (620 claim units) covering approximately 9,920 hectares (24,500 acres) located within the heart of what was formerly known as “Silver Capital Of Canada” in the District of Temiskaming, Larder Lake Mining Division Ontario, centered approximately 10 km southeast of the town of Cobalt, Ontario and approximately 500 km north of Toronto, Ontario. The claims are held (JV) by Cabo pursuant to various agreements between the Company and Branchwater Resources Ltd. of Calgary, Alberta and Outcrop Explorations Limited of Cobalt, Ontario.

Access: Access to the Cobalt Properties area is possible by paved Highway 11A, which services Cobalt, Haileybury and New Liskeard (the Tri-Towns). From Cobalt, a series of country roads, and graveled all weather logging roads give excellent access to approximately 70% of the property. The remaining 30% of the property can be traversed utilizing 4x4 fourtrax vehicles along trails and overgrown logging roads.
